Upgrades make Creatures stronger. To upgrade a creature, you need to meet the upgrade requirements Heat, won battles, age, and sometimes Mindpower-level (see MP Restriction), and save enough Vital Energy, Value Points, Action Points and Exploring Points at once to proceed with the upgrade.
Most creatures can be upgraded a few times to increase their strength, only a few collectibles have no upgraded forms.
