The Progress for the Day interface, allows you to check your honour, heat, loyalty, your skills earned for the day, change who you are an adept of, check your balance, change your protector and pray. To check your progress for the day you just need to search for this symbol on your right panel at MagicDuel:
After clicking it you will see a box pop up similar to this:
